For Advanced, Growth and Lightning Funded:

Consistency Rule of 35%:

• Applies to all Advanced/Growth Sim funded accounts the maximum profit made in a single trading day cannot exceed 35% of the total Profit.

Consistency Rule of 20%:

• For all Lightning Funded accounts, the maximum profit in a single trading day cannot exceed 20% for 1st payout, 25% for the 2nd, and 30% from the 3rd onward.

Max Lightning Funded Profit Rule:

• The maximum profit you can earn from a Lightning Funded account is $80,000. Once this amount is reached, you will automatically be moved to a live account.

• When transitioned to a live account, the highest starting balance allowed is $20,000, regardless of the balance in your Lightning Funded account.

• This is because the maximum amount a trader can generate in combined Simulated Funded Payouts and the Live Transition is $100,000.

Trader Rules

• At Tradeify, our rules and policies are designed not to restrict trading, but to build a foundation that maximizes profitability and supports long-term success.

• Our goal is to leverage your talent, manage risk effectively, and create a sustainable trading environment where both the firm and traders benefit.

Good Faith Policy

• Tradeify operates on mutual trust between the firm and the trader. Therefore, traders are prohibited from using strategies that exploit or manipulate errors within our platform, including:

  • Taking advantage of price display discrepancies

  • Exploiting delays in updates

  • Using technical errors in our services

• Such actions are considered unethical and may result in serious consequences, including termination of your trading account.

Daily Loss Limit (DLL)

• Trading is paused for the day if the DLL is reached. This is a soft breach—you may resume trading the next day if your Max Trailing Drawdown has not been hit.

• The DLL restriction on Growth and Lightning Funded accounts is removed once your profit reaches a certain level:

  • 25k accounts: No DLL

  • 50k accounts: DLL is permanently removed once EOD balance exceeds $3,000 profit

  • 100k accounts: DLL is permanently removed once EOD balance exceeds $6,000 profit

  • 150k accounts: DLL is permanently removed once EOD balance exceeds $9,000 profit

EA / Bots / Algorithmic Trading

• Tradeify allows the use of bots and algorithms under the following conditions:

  • Ownership: You must prove that you are the sole owner of the bot/strategy, and that it is not shared with others. Verification includes scans and a live video of you enabling the code on your own PC.

  • Exclusive Use: The bot may only be used within Tradeify. Using it across multiple firms is prohibited.

  • No High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Bots: Personal bots are allowed, but HFT bots are not permitted.

  • Compliance & Verification: Tradeify may request further information or documentation if your account is flagged for potential violations.

Microscalping

• Microscalping refers to trades targeting small profits from minimal price movements, often within seconds.

• To ensure trades can be reliably replicated, at least 50% of your profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds.

Inactivity Policy

• To keep your account active, you must place at least one trade per week (Monday–Friday) per account. Failure to do so may result in your account being marked inactive. Tradeify will notify you before taking any action.
• If you need time off (e.g., vacation), notify us in advance and we’ll work with you.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed with up to 5 accounts, provided you activate this feature.

• Only accounts you personally own and manage may be grouped together.

• Copying strategies from others or engaging in third-party group copy trading is not permitted.

• Third-party trade copiers may be used at your own risk. Tradeify is not responsible for errors caused by them.

News Trading, DCA, Flipping & Scaling

• News trading, dollar-cost averaging (DCA), flipping, and scaling are all permitted.

• DCA should be part of a structured strategy. Continuously averaging into a losing position without a clear plan ("averaging into oblivion") is discouraged.

Advanced and Growth Payout Policies

Payout Requirements:

1. Consistency Rule: Abide by the 35% Consistency Rule.

2. Minimum Trading Days: At least 5 trading days must show a profit greater than:

• $150 for 50K accounts
• $200 for 100K accounts
• $250 for 150K accounts

Note: The trading day count resets to zero after each successful payout.

3. Account Balance Needed for Growth & Advanced:

• 50K Account → Balance of $53K
• 100K Account → Balance of $104.5K
• 150K Account → Balance of $156.5K

Payout Window

• Payouts can be requested anytime once payout conditions have been met.

• Once your payout status changes to APPROVED, your funds are immediately withdrawn from your account.

• Payments are issued within 24–48 hours after withdrawal.

• Requests outside of business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST and federal holidays) may take up to 72 hours to process.

Payout Tiers

• Minimum payout amounts:

  • $500 for 50K accounts

  • $1,000 for 100K accounts

  • $1,500 for 150K accounts

• Maximum payout by tier:

  • 1st Payout:

    • 50K → up to $1,500

    • 100K → up to $2,000

    • 150K → up to $2,500

  • 2nd Payout:

    • 50K → up to $2,000

    • 100K → up to $2,500

    • 150K → up to $3,000

  • 3rd Payout:

    • 50K → up to $2,500
