40% Consistency Rule No single trading day may account for 40% or more of the total profits generated. It applies to Standard funded accounts (not the Standard evaluation) and to the Daily evaluation only.

20% Consistency Rule For Instant Accounts, your largest profitable day must not exceed 20% of your total profits for the cycle.

50% Consistency Rule Flex accounts have a 50% consistency rule in the challenge only.

Minimum Profitable Days

• 1-Step Evaluation At least 5 profitable trading days are required within the evaluation period to demonstrate consistent performance.

• Instant Accounts You must achieve a minimum of 7 Win Days per payout. Each Win Day must generate at least:

  • $75 for a $25K account

  • $100 for a $50K account

Prohibited Activities: Here are the types of trading you cannot engage in:

• High Frequency Automated Scalping/Trading: This means you can’t use robots or algorithms to place a large number of trades in a very short time.

• Fully Automated Trading Systems: You must be actively involved in trading and cannot let software do all the work for you.

• Market Manipulation: This includes trying to artificially affect the market price by placing multiple orders or other dishonest strategies.

• Micro scalping: This is a strategy where trades are held for very brief moments to capture tiny price movements. It's not allowed.

News Trading on Funded Accounts:

• You cannot trade based on immediate news events using accounts that are funded.

Copy Trading:

• Copy trading is allowed if the account you copy from belongs to you, but it cannot be used across multiple evaluation accounts.

• Reverse Trading with Other Traders/Accounts: You cannot try to profit by trading in opposition to other traders’ moves.

Buffer Zone Policy (Standard Accounts Only) Buffer Zone Amount:

• $50K: $52,600
• $100K: $103,600
• $150k: $155,100

When requesting within the buffer zone, you are required to withdraw 60% of your profits, the remaining 40% will stay in your account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount of $500 applies

• Withdrawing your profits below the buffer zone will adjust your max drawdown to your starting balance +$100. You can then continue trading without a trailing drawdown.

Maximum Reward cap:

• At AquaFutures, we’ve designed a reward cap per trading period during your first 60 days of trading to help you ease into the market while managing risk. This cap ensures that you can focus on building a solid trading foundation. After 60 days, and with at least 3 successful rewards, the cap is lifted, giving you the full flexibility to withdraw your earnings.

  • $25,000 Account: $750 per reward

  • $50,000 Account: $1,500 per reward

  • $100,000 Account: $3,000 per reward

  • $150,000 Account: $4,500 per reward

• Instant funding

  • $25,000 Account: $1,000 per reward
  • $50,000 Account: $2,000 per reward

2% price limit rule

• Aquafutures prohibits users from trading within 2 % of a CME price limit. A price limit refers to the maximum amount a futures contract is allowed to move during a trading session.
• If the limit is reached, the market may pause or halt depending on the specific product and the time of day.

Wave stop

• For instant accounts, If your unrealized losses reach 2% of your account balance or equity, your account will be breached. Wave Stop is a built-in risk safeguard that limits your maximum open floating losses at any given time.

Reward Eligibility

• Standard and Instant accounts can request a reward on demand. Flex accounts can request one after 5 winning days, and Daily accounts every day.
• For Standard accounts, you must record at least 6% profits and meet the 40% consistency rule.
• For Instant Funded accounts, you must record at least 6% profits, record 7 winning days with a minimum of $75 or $100 depending on your account size, and you must also meet the 20% consistency rule.
• The minimum reward is $500 on every model.
• When you request your first reward, your max drawdown will adjust to your starting balance +$100. Therefore, ensure you maintain some flexibility for additional trading.

1. 90% Reward Split

• All AquaFutures funded traders receive a 90% reward split.
• All payouts are subject to a 3% processing fee.
