$5 per mini or full contract .50 for MICRO contracts

Consistency rule- In any 8-day payout cycle, no more than 30% of total profits may come from a single trading day.

For each payout, the account profit must be at least the amount of your payout request since your last request. Meaning you can't make 25k on day 1, then earn $50 per day for 8 days, and request a $3,000 payout when the profits equal $400 for the current trading days period.

Rules That Disqualify Your Account & Require Reset Violating any of these rules will or may immediately disqualify you from Nexgen's ProTrader Funding Evaluation and or Sim/Live Accounts.

Reaching your Drawdown Limit.

Adding on to a losing trade more than 1 "one" time is NOT permitted. DO NOT ADD ON TO A LOSER MORE THAN ONCE. Any profits generated from multiple-scaling trades will be forfeited. Repeated abuse will be grounds for termination. Click for example

Risk-Reward Ratios: A trader cannot take on unlimited risk to make a minimal gain. To be sustainable, your trades cannot risk more than 3x your average win. You can expect a forfeiture of profits or termination of trading privileges for repeated abuse.

No High-Frequency Trading. IE. The average of your trades that last 15 or fewer seconds would be considered HFT. Sometimes you get stopped, or the market jumps to a target quickly! So, there may be trades here or there, but as an overall average, trades should take longer than 15 seconds.

You cannot let someone else trade your account. You must be the trader.

Do not be in an open position 1 minute before or until 1 minute after any US red flag news event, as denoted by Forex Factory's Economic Calendar. Violations WILL RESULT in account closure.

Do not place new trades or remain in any existing trades within 5 minutes of market close, 4:55 PM EST—low liquidity can cause poor fills or forced overnight positions. Remember that agricultural products and others may have different closing times than equity indexes. It is up to you to know when your markets close. 3 or more Violations WILL RESULT in account closure.

Examples Of Restricted News Events:

Non-Farm payroll (NFP). These events occur on Fridays at 8:30 AM Eastern, once per month.

Consumer Price Index – CPI.

News event: crude oil inventories. Prohibited product: crude oil.

FOMC meeting minutes/announcements. These occur on Wednesdays at 2 pm Eastern time.

News event: bond auctions. Prohibited products - 10-year note, 30-year bond.

Going LONG in one account and SHORT in the other simultaneously will immediately disqualify you from being able to trade with Nexgen forever.

If a market is limited up or down, you cannot place a trade for 5 minutes after trading resumes. This has not happened in a long time, but it will happen again one day.

Available payout methods include ACH, Bank Wire, and PayPal. If you request a payout via PayPal, (RISE SOON), you are responsible for all PayPal, RISE processing, and transfer fees. Bank wire payouts are subject to a $25 wire fee.

Payout Timing: Payouts are approved the same day, pending account review.

PayPal: Same-day payout

Bank Wire: Same - next business day (minus $25 wire fee)

ACH: 4–5 business days for the first payment; subsequent ACH payouts to verified accounts are processed overnight.

Once in a Semi-Live Account, you can withdraw profits that exceed the plan's drawdown buffer plus $100. This drawdown buffer, equal to the maximum drawdown plus $100, will be used to pad the account, making it as difficult as possible to fail the account. Any withdrawals during the 60-trading-day probation period count as part of your 16 total payouts.
