• Authorized to make commitments, warranties, or guarantees on behalf of QuantVPS
• Permitted to use QuantVPS corporate identity beyond approved marketing materials

2. Marketing Activities and Compliance

2.1. Permitted Marketing Activities

Affiliates may promote QuantVPS services through:

• Personal websites and blogs with relevant content
• Social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Email marketing to opt-in subscribers only
• Paid advertising subject to platform policies and our guidelines
• Content marketing including reviews, tutorials, and educational content

2.2. Prohibited Marketing Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• False or misleading claims about QuantVPS services or performance
• Impersonating QuantVPS or claiming to be official representatives
• Using spam tactics including unsolicited bulk email or messaging
• Bidding on QuantVPS trademarks in search engine advertising
• Violating consumer protection laws or advertising regulations

Affiliates must:

QuantVPS reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation for any reason, including violations of this disclaimer or our Terms of Service.

• Standard commission rate: 25% of the net sale price
• Net sale calculation: Gross sale price minus discounts, refunds, and chargebacks
