GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

These rules govern the QuantVPS blog giveaway of a $150K evaluation account ("the giveaway"). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by QuantVPS ("Sponsor", "we", "us", or "our"). The Sponsor is headquartered in Delaware, United States. Its mailing address is:

2. Prize

• Each draw has one prize: an evaluation account with an account size of $150,000 ("the account"), from a prop firm that we choose. We pay the prop firm for it.
• The prize is not cash, and it is not a funded account. The $150,000 is the account's trading size under the prop firm's rules. It is not paid to the winner, and it is not the value of the prize.
• The approximate retail value (ARV) of one prize is $249. The ARV is the price that the prop firm charges the public for the account.
• The giveaway has 12 draws, one prize each. The total ARV of all prizes is $2,988.
• The prop firm's own terms, rules and eligibility checks apply to the account. They decide whether the winner passes the evaluation and gets a funded account. Any payout follows those terms.
• Fees that the prop firm charges after the evaluation, such as activation fees, are not part of the prize.
• The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the account is not available, we may give a similar account with the same ARV.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

3. Who Can Enter

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• The giveaway is not open to residents of Italy, Brazil or the Canadian province of Quebec.
• It is not open to residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Belarus, or of the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions.
• You must meet the eligibility rules of the prop firm that provides the prize, and be able to open an account with it.
• If you live in Canada and win, you must correctly answer a skill-testing question, without help, before you can receive the prize.
• Employees of QuantVPS and the members of their households cannot enter.
• If you won an earlier draw of this giveaway, you cannot enter again.
• The giveaway is void where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

• Enter your email address in the survey that opens on QuantVPS blog articles. Your entry counts when you submit your email address. The questions after it are optional, and you can skip any of them.
• You can also enter without the survey, in one of these ways. Each entry must give your email address.
  • Send us a message through the contact page that starts with "Giveaway entry".
  • Mail a letter that starts with "Giveaway entry" to the Sponsor's address in Section 1. A mailed entry counts in the period in which we receive it, not the period in which you send it.
• Entering is free. You do not need to buy anything.
• Each email address counts once in each draw, however many times it is entered. Entries made with automated tools, or with several addresses to get more chances, are void.
• An entry through the survey also adds your address to our emails with the offer and setup tips. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not remove your entry.
• An entry made without the survey does not add your address to these emails.

5. Entry Periods and Draws

• The giveaway starts on October 28, 2026 at 11:39 AM US Eastern Time. It has 12 monthly draws. The last draw is on September 30, 2027 at 11:59 PM US Eastern Time.
• Each calendar month is one entry period. A period ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM US Eastern Time. The next period starts at that time.
• An entry counts only in the draw for the period in which we receive it. Entries do not carry over to later draws. To take part in a later draw, enter again in that period.
• Entries received before the giveaway starts do not count. This includes entries through our earlier giveaway popup.
• After each period ends, we pick one winner at random from the eligible entries received in that period.
• Your chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received in that period.

6. Winner Notification and Claim

• We email the winner at the entered address within 7 days after the draw.
• To claim the prize, the winner replies within 14 days and confirms their name, age and country. We may ask for proof of identity and age.
• If the winner does not reply in time, is not eligible or does not accept the prize, we may draw another winner from the same period's entries.
• We then arrange the account with the prop firm, in the winner's name.
• To get the list of winners, send us a message through the contact page that starts with "Giveaway winners", or write to the Sponsor's address in Section 1. Send your request within 60 days after the draw that you ask about. The list gives the country of each winner. It gives a winner's name only if the winner agrees (Section 7).

7. Your Data

• We use your email address to run the giveaway and to contact you if you win. For a survey entry, we also use it to send you the offer and setup tips. Your answers to the optional questions help us improve our offers and tips.
• We keep a record of the winners' email addresses, so that a past winner cannot enter again.
• We do not publish a winner's name without their consent.

8. Changes and Disqualification

• We may change these rules or end the giveaway by updating this page. A change does not affect a draw that has already taken place.
• We may disqualify an entry that breaks these rules.
• The prop firm that provides the prize is not a sponsor of the giveaway.
