Commission Per Contract: $0.50 per side, so a full round trip costs $1.00 per contract.

Consistency Rule of 40%: In the evaluation, your best day must be 40% or less of your total profits. There is no consistency rule once funded.

Automated Trading Strategies

• Expert Advisors (EAs) are allowed but require pre-approval.

Minimum Trading Days

• Traders must complete at least 3 trading days during the evaluation stage.

Inactivity Rules

• During the evaluation phase, traders must place at least 1 trade per week to remain active.
• During the funded stage, traders must place at least 1 trade per month; otherwise, the account will be paused.

Funded Stage & Payouts

• Once traders pass the evaluation, they must grow their account by 1% (e.g., $101K for a $100K account).
• Evaluation and funded accounts trade in a simulated environment: a Simfunded account opens when you pass. Payouts are real.
• Payouts are available above the 1% buffer zone (e.g., $101,200 balance → $200 withdrawable).
• No payout caps—traders can withdraw as little as $100 or up to $50K in one transaction.
• Payouts are daily, with same-day processing when eligible. Crypto and ACH pay every 24 hours, and wires pay weekly.
• Payouts pause at $100,000 cumulative for a scaling review.
• Profit split: 60% or 80% on standard accounts; 55% or 80% on Legacy NYC and earlier 55% accounts.
