Trading Rules & Restrictions

• All trades must be closed by 3:45 PM EST on Fridays. Any open trades will be automatically closed, resulting in a soft breach. Trading can resume when markets reopen.
• Excessive risk-taking is not allowed.
• Using one strategy to pass the assessment and a different strategy in the funded stage is prohibited.

Inactivity & Breach Policies

• Traders must place at least one trade every 30 days to remain active. Failure to do so results in an account breach.
• If a hard breach occurs while you have gains in your Funded Account, you will still receive your portion of those gains.

Copy Trading & EAs

• Copy trading is allowed, but trades must be your own.
• Copying trades from your personal account to Ment Funding or between your own Ment Funding accounts is acceptable.
• Risk management and trade management EAs are allowed.

News Trading

• During these events, traders are restricted from opening new positions within a 6-minute window – 3 minutes before and 3 minutes after the event. However, you can still manage existing trades, including closing positions, adjusting stop-losses, or moving trailing stops.

• First payout on-demand, then every 30 days

• 75% Default profit split (90% with upgrade)
